曝光无良商家富林火锅FULIN HOTPOT后续

(亮点在最后)之前说联系媒体报社什么的,实在是没工夫跟她耗,所以只是在这些社交网站和论坛发了些文。从之前的网评和后来的留言、评论、转发看,发现这家店能开这么多年真的挺奇迹的,其实主要原因我觉得就是附近没有第二家火锅店。你敢开在Richmond么?

那天跟老板娘交涉时对她说“没有你这么做生意的”,她很鄙视的回我“切”。我相信我的曝光肯定会影响到她的生意,虽然还是有铁杆粉丝,但是大部分正常人看到我的经历应该都不会再或者去光顾这家黑店。真想让老板娘真正懂什么叫会做生意。



我觉得加国这边比国内好太多的就是商家对顾客的态度。比如每次我要退货都会事先想应该怎么解释要退货,如果不给退会怎么样,但是每次去退货都很顺利,甚至根本不问什么原因,只要小票还在,这个在国内基本挺难的。会做生意的商家不会在乎在某一位客户上少赚甚至小赔,在乎的就是个口碑。赢得一个客户可能会赢更多的客户,而输掉一个客户可能会输掉更多的客户。

说到这儿我就不得不表扬一下Tommy Hilfiger,一件穿了四年的衣服不知道为什么洗完之后有些地方变色(或者掉色或者染色)洗不掉,拿着衣服去店里,其实只是想问一下知不知道怎么回事,因为已经好几年了,根本不可能有小票。结果人家就把衣服留下,说处理一下。过了几天说不确定什么问题,但是颜色洗不下去,因为这件衣服不再卖了,也没有小票,让我在店里不论多少钱随便挑一件拿走,那件就捐了。当年大概是原价200打折100买的,于是挑了一件一百多的类似的衣服。太意外了,真的只是想问一下有没有办法洗掉,完全没有想退货的意思。再之后又买过几件Tommy的衣服。这就是商家怎么赢得顾客和赢得顾客的好处。

再贴一个昨天公司买的书桌,收货之后发现有残缺,公司的人在Twitter上抱怨之后的反应,这才是应该有的对顾客的态度:
各个社交网和论坛有不少评论,大部分正常人表示支持,小部分什么人我就不说了认为错在我不给小费,有些人去过说觉得服务挺好(那是因为没有利益冲突),我最爱看的就是之前去过而印象不好的,摘出一些:
  • 他家老板娘确实特别缺德,我朋友婚礼包场说好了价格,结果临办婚礼的前几天居然忽然反悔,说价格要翻倍!太缺德了!
  • 老板娘脸皮挺厚- - 以前去吃小费差不到$1没给够都问我们要 买单如果是50.7我肯定给50整 但是老板非要强调我"小费是10%" !让人不舒服
  • 多年前去过,看着门口说招part time就抱着试一试的心态去,结果经理说:我不招你这种人!我当时就郁闷了,接着问:我怎么这种人了?她说:看起来文化水平就不高。。。从此再也没去过!
  • 你妹的,早就看那的老板不爽了,收的消费肯定没有给服务生!
  • 那家东西臭到整个大温都知道
下面都是之前Yelp,Urbanspoon等类似大众点评的英文网上摘出的,太欢乐了,看来索小费是这家极品店的传统美德:
  • Not even worth one star , just awful and gross . Stay away
  • This is the place to be to GET INSULTED and talked down by the owner.
  • Be warned - no matter how many servings you write down on the order sheet, they'll give you whatever they think is reasonable. We wrote down 15 servings of taro, we only got 3 pieces. We wrote down 5 servings of taro, and still got 3 pieces.
  • What really made my experience horrible was the fact that when I paid, I did not tip much, obviously due to the crappy service. I was then ASKED to tip more money. This has NEVER happened to me before at any restaurant, whether casual or fine-dining. Obviously, the people here need to learn about customer service. I felt extremely ripped off after leaving (I did end up giving them more money in tips, because I have a hard time voicing my opinions) and will definitely not be returning.
  • At the end of our meal we were paying one by one, when the manager (or possible owner, she was not serving and quite older) became very rude, even gave us a dirty look and asked "did you not like out service?...there should be a 10% tip and yours is lower than that, ..your tip suggests that out service was no good, ...being Canadian you should now its courtesy to pay at least 10%...".... we were shocked and had no response back, i found that VERY RUDE. Since we didn't know what to do and felt uncomfortable saying something with the WHOLE restaurant watching we left extra cash and left, i will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!! P.S what made her think we were canadians? so quick to judge.
  • In addition to the unresponsive service, the owner's attitude was beyond horrible. After an hour into our meal, we had ordered a 2nd round of food, but the food didn't come until 20+ mins later. We then ordered a 3rd round with veggies only, and was refused (saying our 2 hour time was up) - owner gave it to us anyways because I said we sat there for half an hour without food. She then THREATENED that we have 10 mins to finish up whatever is in the pot or she'll fine us. Unbelievabe little korean lady. Turned off our stove within 5 mins and came to collect our plates. Threw the bill at us, with a 15% gratuity charge ("party charge" for 6 people??)
  • Since we have a baby and the hot pot was pretty close around, we asked to switch to anther bigger table for baby's safety, and then they refused. (just said "no"directly no sorry or other polite manner)After that, the dining was unhappy, the food was salty and no waitress added water for us and even no glass for my older daughter. The pot was almost dry and no people came to refill the soup. They just ignor everything unless you wave to them. I would definitely not go to that restaurant again.
  • Actually, the service is not bad just a little bit slow when they deliver the food. I'm a big fat man and I keep eating things because I paid 25 dollars for ALL YOU CAN EAT didn't I? Very good value right. I keep eating, then they getting angry, because me and my friends don't stop eating that's all. They put the pans on our table very hard and lost the smile when we just came in, slow delivery with the aggressive faces just made me crazy. Bad service doesn't make me mad, but i swear I won't forget those nasty faces.
  • The server was horrible that he walked up to us, stared at us when we are about to finish. He picked up the scoop and started stirring our soup without asking "may I". We were about to get a few more plates of pork, but his action completely killed our appetite. NO MORE HORRIBLE SERVICE, so never going to go again.
